Changes to ID checks detailed in ID check screen

Sales & lettings/rentals content
Ground rent review date & percentage increase can be added to a sales property
Shared ownership details can be added to a sales property
Renewal negotiation reports can be added to Organiser
Default external inspection provider to use property office default (not logged in user) - configuration option
When AgencyCloud is set-up with default external providers for property inspections, a further configuration option is available to ensure that the default provider for the property office is used
Emails sent via workflow can contain an attachment
Certificates grid displays certificate responsibility in one column
Accounts content*
Send NRL6 certificates to landlords via email (UK only) - configuration option
Transfer disputed funds to deposit scheme via tenant refund screen - configuration option
Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
