Using Reapit IQ (UK only)

This guide covers how to:

Log in to Reapit IQ

1. Access Reapit IQ

2. Enter login details

Enter your user name and password, as follows

  • Username: your email address

  • Password: Welcome1!

The password is case sensitive - enter it exactly as shown above
Once logged in, you will get the option to change your password, as outlined in the section below titled: Change Reapit IQ password

Find & book training

1. Reapit IQ homepage

After logging in:

  • The Reapit IQ homepage is displayed

  • Click Content Library (on left)

Courses range from eLearning via online videos to live webinars & classroom sessions

2. Content library

A variety of methods can be used to find the required course:

  • Use search bar at the top to search for courses by name

  • Scroll through the list of courses

  • Use filter options on left to narrow down the list

For example, to find all negotiator related courses:

  • Enter negotiator in the search field (top middle)

  • If you want to enrol onto an eLearning course, see step 3

  • If you want to enrol onto a webinar or classroom course, see step 4

3. Enrol for eLearning course

If the course you want to do is an eLearning course, follow these instructions

From the Content Library:

  • Find the required course and click to access course detail, e.g. Negotiator L1 eLearning

  • Click Start this course

4. Enrol onto webinar/classroom course

If the course you want to do is a webinar/classroom course, follow these instructions

From the Content Library:

  • Find the required course and click to access course detail
    e.g. Negotiator L1 Classroom or Webinar

  • Click Start this course

A list of available courses will be displayed for you to choose from:

  • Find a suitable date & time for the course, then beside the required course, click Register

If you are attending a classroom course, ensure the location chosen is suitable to you
i.e. London or Solihull

You will receive an email invitation to the course - it will also be added as an appointment in your Outlook calendar

Change Reapit IQ password

Once logged in to Reapit IQ, you can change your password:

  • Click icon (top right) and select My Profile and Settings

  • In the Personal Information panel, click Change password

  • Use the fields to enter:

    • Your Current Password

    • Your New Password - follow on-screen guidance for password format

    • Enter the new password again in Confirm New Password

      • Click Show Password to check the new password is correct in both fields

    • Click Save
