Custom grouping on landlord statement - configuration option

Custom grouping on landlord statement - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows custom grouping to be applied to transactions on a landlord statement - different groupings can be set up for each statement layout (where available)

Using custom ordering is most likely to require custom templates to be in place
Grouping does not affect pending invoices or unpaid tenant invoices

In this example:

  • a custom landlord statement is in use

  • the landlord has two properties

  • the statement is grouped in this order

    • Entry type - i.e. Income, Expenditure, Landlord Payments (not visible)

    • Property address

    • Date

  • Subtotals have been added to each section
