The renewals report generates a list of renewals currently being processed within a specified date range

1. Access renewals report

From main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals

  • Under Reporting & Analysis select Renewals Report

2. Select date range

  • Select the date range to report on

    • enter From and To dates

    • or click Date Range to choose from preset ranges (last week/this week, last month/this month)

  • Click Report

3. Renewals report in Excel

  • The renewals report is displayed in Excel format
