Report on annual income for landlords within specific tax years - report on gross income or just rental income

Use this report to produce data required for ROPL-01 report for HMRC, as outlined here:

1. Access landlord annual income report

From main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals

  • Under Reporting & Analysis select Landlord Annual Income

2. Select tax year

  • Select the tax year to report on

  • Click Accept

3. Select income type

  • Select Rental/Gross income

  • Click Accept

 

4. Select format

 

5. Landlord annual income report in Excel

  • The landlord annual income report is displayed in Excel format
