Document importer enhancements

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

The bulk document importer has been improved and enhanced to ensure a more efficient performance

This has resulted in the following two changes when using the importer

1. Date filter on works orders

  • When viewing completed works orders where a supplier invoice is to be uploaded, just those that were marked as completed within the last 3 months will be shown (rather than all works orders, regardless of date completed)

  • The date fields at the top of the screen can be used to change the date range for the works orders shown

2. Initial view when launching importer

  • When launching the document importer, the last view used will be displayed

  • For example, if the Certificates view was selected when closing the importer - when launching the importer again, this view will be displayed

The document importer was initially introduced in AgencyCloud 12.154 but is recommended to only be enabled and used from version 12.159+
