Generate journal entries via workflow on estate record

From AgencyCloud 12.165+, workflow can be used to create journal entries on an estate record type

For example, workflow can be set-up to log in the estate journal/Activity Feed when a specific area of the estate record is changed

Workflow is a predefined sequence of steps which are applied to a specific record - often used with task plans, as outlined here
