This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When entering bank details in AgencyCloud, the maximum length of the bank account name has been increased from 40 characters to 140

This update has been carried out to allow international payments to be processed

From a Bank Details screen (e.g. on a tenant record):

  • In A/C Name, a name can be entered up to 140 characters
    When the name exceeds what can be seen on screen, hovering the mouse pointer over the field will show the full name that has been entered
