Report on service charge & ground rent - configuration option

A configuration option is available to allow service charge and ground rent information to be reported on, this is achieved by adding custom criteria to the sales property report

1. Service charge and ground rent information Both service charge and ground rent information is added to a sales property via the Attributes screen on the Charges tab  |
2. Report on service charge information From a sales property report:
Example report The report below will return sales properties from the logged in user’s office that are for sale and whose service charge is £1000 per annum or more  |
3. Report on ground rent information From a sales property report:
Example report The report below will return sales properties from the logged in user’s office that are for sale and whose ground rent is due to be reviewed in the next 2 months |
