Interactive contact details on sales progress screen

Shortcut icons are available beside the vendor, buyer and solicitor contact details on the sales progress screen, allowing the number to be dialled and/or a text or email message sent

1. Access Sales Progress screen

From the property screen:

  • Click Offers and select the accepted offer

  • From the Options panel, click Sales Progress

2. Use contact shortcuts

Vendor, buyer and solicitor details are shown at the top

  • The main vendor and buyer details are shown
    If there is more than one vendor/applicant, see step 3 below

  • Click the icon shown to the right for the option to call, text or email the contact
    The option to call is offered when dialling functionality is enabled

Click the vendor/buyer contact name to display the associated vendor/applicant record
When more than one vendor/buyer is involved, see step 3

Click the solicitor name to display the company record

3. Multiple vendors/buyers

When there is more than one vendor/applicant involved

  • Click Vendor or Buyer name

  • All vendors/buyers details are shown in one screen
    Click the name on the left to show details on the right
    Icons are available on the right to call, text or email the selected contact
