A configuration option is available which allows the furnishing type of a sales property to be identified via property attributes

This configuration option is already available for letting properties

From a property record, Attributes panel:

  • Click edit (pencil) icon

  • Tick the required Furnishing option

  • Close screen
    The Attributes panel shows the updated attribute settings
