Uploading a tenancy using the PayProp Reapit desktop integration

This article guides you through the process of uploading a tenancy using the PayProp Reapit desktop integration.

 Uploading a new tenancy

To upload a new tenancy:

  1. Navigate to the tenancy screen in Reapit

  2. Ensure the following information is entered:

  • Tenancy start date

  • Rent amount

  • Fees

  1. Click on the cloud icon and select “PayProp Reapit desktop integration”

Make sure the record is saved before launching the app

Entering information in to the PayProp integration:

Once the integration page is open, you will need to input additional fields required for the record to be created in PayProp.

  1. Enter the required fields in PayProp including the following details:

  • Bank name

  • Account name

  • Sort code

  • Account number

  • Holding deposit

  1. Once you have entered the required information, click on "Save to PayProp".

Details retrieved from the tenancy in Reapit will be displayed in grey and can only be adjusted within the Reapit platform.

Verification in PayProp:

Access PayProp to verify that the property record has been successfully created in the system.
