Prevent changes to a current tenancy - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Two new configuration options are available to prevent changes to current tenancies, as outlined below

Changes to configuration options are carried out by Reapit Support - click here to request configuration changes

1. Joint landlord

  • a joint landlord cannot be added when there is a current tenancy

This option is enabled for all users by default

 

2. Extra tenants

  • extra tenants cannot be added to a current tenancy

This option is enabled for all accounts users by default
