Properties on Reapit Go

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Reapit Go provides access to current properties on your Reapit database

The property screen offers the ability to view the property screen in detail, allowing fields to be viewed and updated - including property images, description, price & attributes

All features/fields available in the property screen are listed below (click a link to skip to a specific section):

Search for property

Property details can be viewed on Reapit Go for properties that are live (and not archived)

1. Access properties & set search filters

From navigation bar:

  • Tap Properties (bottom left)

  • Select required search filters

    • Sales or Lettings

    • Property or Vendor/Landlord

2. Enter search text

In search bar:

  • Enter search text, such as first line of address, postcode, vendor/landlord surname

  • The search is automatically carried out
    The automatic search will start once 3+ characters have been entered and typing stops

  • Matches are shown below with basic detail about the property

    • Tap to view the property details - see next section

3. If no properties are found

If the property you are looking for has not been found:

  • Ensure the filters below the search field have been selected correctly

  • For example, the property found in step 2 is a lettings property, so will not be found with the Sales filter selected

    • Changing the filter to Lettings will initiate the search again and return any matching lettings properties

Archived properties are not visible on Reapit Go

View property information

View property summary screen overview

Essential information on the selected property is displayed, including:

Images - view, upload, edit details & delete

1. Access property image gallery

From view property screen:

  • Tap Images

2. Image gallery

The image gallery is displayed with options to:

  • Upload new images

    • Tap Upload (top right) - see step 3

  • Edit details for existing images

    • Tap image - see step 4

3. Upload new image

One or more images can be uploaded - to upload multiple images, use shift or control keys to select required files (as usual)

From image gallery:

  • Tap Upload (button top right, on previous screen)

  • Drag image(s) to grey space, where indicated
    Or tap grey space, then browse to select the image(s) on your device

  • Selected image(s) are shown on screen with options below to add/change default Type and Caption (see step 4)

    • Single image added

    • Multiple images added

  • Tap Save (bottom left) to upload images along with selected Type and Caption entered
    List or Cancel returns to the image gallery without saving any changes
    Clear all removes the image(s) just uploaded

4. Edit existing image details or delete image

From image gallery:

  • Tap image

  • The image is displayed

    • use the arrows on image to browse between images

    • current Type & Caption are shown below

    • The image Type can be changed, options are:

    • The image Caption can be changed (to a maximum of 20 characters)

  • Tap Update (bottom left) to save changes to the Type and Caption
    Cancel returns to the image gallery without saving any changes

5. Delete image

From image gallery:

  • Tap image

  • The image is displayed, tap Delete (bottom of screen)

  • Tap Yes

Access vendor/landlord contact information

Contact details for the vendor or landlord are displayed, taken from the contact record:

  • Contact role is shown (i.e. vendor or landlord)

  • The main vendor/landlord name is displayed along with any contact details, as stored on their contact record
    If the property has secondary/extra vendor(s) or joint landlord(s), all contact details are shown (see next section below)

  • Where enabled, contact preferences can be updated

  • When a phone number or email address is displayed, contact shortcuts can be used

    • Tap number for option to call or send a message via WhatsApp or SMS/text

    • Tap email address to compose and send an email
      An option to log this contact in the journal is also offered

View property details

Essential property information is shown for both sales and lettings properties, information is being taken from the main property screen, including property attributes & EPC information

  • Sales property

  • Lettings property

Access details of future appointments

Any future booked appointments for the property are displayed at the bottom of the screen

  • Tap appointment to view the full appointment details

  • Full appointment details are shown

Access & edit property notes

The Notes tab allows property notes to be viewed, added or edited

From view property screen:

  • Tap Notes tab

  • Property notes are displayed
    Property notes are taken from the Notes field on the property record within the Reapit CRM desktop product

    • Property notes can be added, edited or deleted

    • After making any changes, tap Update

Property details screen

Access property details screen & summary screen overview

1. Access property details

From view property screen:

  • Tap Details button (top left)

  • The property details screen is displayed - see step 2

 

2. Property details screen overview

Further property details are displayed, including:

  • Property address, type and status, plus a total rooms summary

  • Vendor/landlord name is displayed as a link, click to view their contact record

  • Edit button - gives access to room information plus allows property price, address & attributes to be edited, for more information, see this section below:

  • Images button - for more information, see section on images above

  • The Summary screen is shown with options to switch to Journal and Pricing information, see more information below

  • Property price and a summary of the property attributes is shown

  • Notes/Description tabs plus Activity panel, see more information below

View/edit property notes & description

1. Property notes

Property notes are taken from the Notes field on the property record within the Reapit CRM desktop product

From property details:

  • Tap Notes tab

  • Property notes can be added, edited or deleted

  • After making any changes, tap Update

 

2. Property description

Text is taken from the description strapline and main description fields on the main property record screen within the Reapit CRM desktop product

From property details:

  • Tap Description tab

  • The property description can be added, edited or deleted

  • After making any changes, tap Update

Activity - upcoming/past appointments plus access to offers or tenancies

1. Upcoming appointments

From property details:

  • In the Activity panel, tap Upcoming

  • Details of future appointments for the property are shown

  • Click arrow button (top right) to see details on confirmed status and whether the appointment is accompanied

  • Click appointment time/date link to view the appointment information

 

2. Past appointments

From property details:

  • In the Activity panel, tap Past

  • Details of past appointments for the property are shown

  • Click arrow button (top right) to see follow up due date and follow up notes (where added)

  • Click appointment time/date link to view the appointment information

 

3. Tenancies (lettings properties only)

From property details:

  • In the Activity panel, tap Tenancies

  • Details of the current & past tenancies are shown

  • Click arrow button (top right) to see further details including tenancy creation date, tenancy start/end dates plus tenancy type/role

  • Click tenant name link to view further tenancy details

 

4. Offers (sales properties only)

From property details:

  • In the Activity panel, tap Offers

  • Details of all offers on the property are shown, including the offer amount and status

  • Click arrow button (top right) to see further details including offer date and solicitor details

    • Click solicitor name to view solicitor company/contact details

  • Click applicant name link to view applicant details

 

Journal - access property journal entries

1. Access property journal

From property details:

  • Tap Journal tab

  • Journal information is shown for the current month

    • See step 2 for more information

  • Search field allows the journal entries for the currently displayed month to be searched

  • Select Month/Year field allows journal entries to be shown for previous months

 

2. Access property journal entries

From journal tab:

  • Click arrow button (top right) to expand a section and view journal entry details

Pricing - market appraisal figures & rent/fees information

1. Pricing - sales property

From property details:

  • Tap Pricing tab

  • All fields shown can be added to or updated

  • After making any changes, tap Update

2. Pricing - lettings property

From property details:

  • Tap Pricing tab

  • All fields shown can be added to or updated

    • Letting Service field will display Service Charge (taken from property attributes)

  • After making any changes, tap Update

Edit property details - property price, address, rooms & attributes

1. Access property edit screen

From property details:

  • Tap Edit button (top left)

  • The property edit screen is displayed - see step 2

2. Property details

From property edit screen:

  • Tap Property Details tab

  • For both sales and lettings properties, the property address and area can be updated

  • Pricing

    • Lettings: rent price, qualifier and frequency can be added/updated

    • Sales: price and qualifier can be added/updated

  • After making any changes, tap Update

3. Room details

From property edit screen:

  • Tap Room Details tab - room details are displayed

  • Click arrow button (top right) of room name/dimensions to view room detail

4. Property attributes

From property edit screen:

  • Tap Attributes tab

  • All property attributes are displayed and can be added to and updated as required

  • After making any changes, tap Update
