Reapit Go diary basics

This page outlines the basics of using the diary on Reapit Go, such as how to navigate, generate a key list, access diary settings and change the diary layout/view to be able to view other user’s diaries

Access & navigate the diary

1. Access diary

From navigation bar (bottom of screen):

  • Tap Diary

  • The diary is displayed in list view, showing today’s Events (i.e. diary entries/appointments) for the currently logged in user

    • A tick icon beside the event type means the appointment is confirmed
      (no tick means the appointment is unconfirmed)

    • A ‘people’ icon displayed to the right of the event type, indicates the event is accompanied (no icon indicates an unaccompanied event)

2. Find the required day

From diary:

  • Tap dates across the top of the screen to view events for the selected day

  • To switch to other dates or a different month, tap arrow (top left) to view the calendar
    Tap Today to skip to current day

List view shows events for the logged in user only

Generate a key list for quick access to keys needed today/tomorrow

The key list shows all events where a key is held where the event involves the logged in user, the key number is also shown

From diary:

  • Ensure list view is selected, then tap key icon

  • Any event for today that involves a property where a key is held by the office is listed, with the key number shown under the event information

Key details for tomorrow’s events can also be seen
Tap Tomorrow to change the view

Use filters to change diary view (inc. how to show/hide cancelled & unconfirmed events)

Diary filters are available to allow the diary view to be customised

Changing diary settings in Reapit Go does not change diary settings in the Reapit CRM desktop product (and vice versa)

From diary:

  • Tap Filter

The following filters can be applied:

  • Event Types: shows a specific event type
    e.g. selecting Viewing will only display viewings

  • Hide Cancelled Appointments: cancelled events can be hidden

    • Default setting is No, meaning that cancelled events are shown
      See next section for an example of a cancelled event

  • Hide Unconfirmed Appointments: unconfirmed events can be hidden

    • Default setting is No, meaning that unconfirmed events are shown

  • After making the required changes, tap Save

  • When one/more filters have been applied, this is indicated on the diary screen
    Tapping this button removes the filter(s)

Cancelled events in Reapit Go

Whether cancelled viewings are shown in Reapit Go is determined by the Filter setting (see above)

When cancelled events are set to be shown (and not hidden) in Reapit Go:

  • Events are greyed out and displayed with a strikethrough

  • Tap a cancelled event to view more detail on the event

  • Tap Details button (shown above) to display a screen with further options, such as Reschedule

Change diary view - display other users' diaries/events/appointments

The diary view can be changed to suit how you wish to use the diary

  • List view lists your own events

  • Day view displays the events in a timeline (in a similar way to that seen in the Reapit CRM desktop product) and also has the option to see other users' events

Changing the view and adding users whose events you wish to view in Reapit Go does not change the view in the Reapit CRM desktop product (and vice versa)

1. List view

From diary, list view:

  • The events for the selected day are shown
    (for the currently logged in user)

  • Each event is shown in time order displaying:

    • Event type, e.g. Viewing

    • Start and end time

    • Associated property address

    • Event attendee name

  • Tap an event to view more information and access further functionality
    See section 5 below

2. Access day view

From diary:

  • Tap day view button

3a. Day view - one user shown

In day view:

  • Events for the selected day are shown within the relevant timeslot
    (for the currently logged in user)

3b. Day view - display other users' diaries

To view other users' diaries:

  • Tap button to right of Filter button

  • Tick the user names whose diaries you wish to view and tap Save (bottom right)
    The users offered are determined by your Reapit security settings

  • Each selected user is shown in a vertical column - scroll up/down and left/right to view events
    The timeline can be changed to horizontal (i.e. users are shown in rows), see next step

4. Change layout of diary (horizontal/vertical timeline layout)

The diary timeline can be changed from vertical to horizontal to allow the users to be shown in rows, rather than columns

From Preferences:

  • Change Timeline layout to Horizontal, tap Save

  • Each selected user is now shown in rows - scroll left/right to view events (and up/down, where needed)

5. Event information

In either list or day view:

  • Tap an event to view event detail

  • Further features & functions are available from this screen, such as being able to access/edit the event details, contact involved parties and view the property location
