When a tenancy ends, the deposit is refunded and the tenant deposit is deregistered via the TDS Deposit Management screen, the date the deregistration took place is automatically logged in the deposit details screen on the tenancy

From tenancy, in the Accounts panel:

  • Click Manage to access the Tenancy Deposit Details screen

  • The Deregistered Date is automatically added when the tenant deposit is deregistered via the TDS Deposit Management screen
