Lettings property grid enhancements for property licensing

When viewing lettings properties in grids via the Organiser and/or after running a lettings property report, property licensing information can be displayed:

  1. Users can add and save specific columns to lettings property grids

  2. Columns can be added via system configuration (for all users or specific user groups)
    Columns are added by Reapit Support via configuration - to request that columns are added, use the link above to contact Reapit Support

This update provides the ability to easily view and report on property licensing information that is stored on lettings properties

Both of the above options are explained in sections 1 & 2 below

1. Add property licensing columns to a lettings property grid (user options)

The following property licensing fields can be reported on by adding extra grid columns to a lettings property grid

These columns can be added by a user to a lettings property grid generated via the Organiser and/or after running a lettings property report:

To add the columns to a lettings property grid

Run a lettings property report, from the report results grid:

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns, then click More

  • Select the required property licensing options: Licence Expiry, Licence Required,
    Licence Type (Granted) and/or Local Authority and click Accept

  • Newly added columns are added to the far-right of the grid, click and drag to the desired position

    • After making changes to the grid columns/layout, right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

Grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the list (depending on column content):

  • To sort the list by date/content, click the column heading

  • To filter by date/content, click to the right of the column heading to view filter icon and enter date(s)/content to filter by

  • To filter or group by type, click to the right of the column heading to view filter icon and choose to filter or group by specific type(s)

The example shown above is generated after running a lettings property report - however, everything covered in this section can be done on a grid generated via the Organiser also

2. Columns added via system configuration

Columns can be added for all users (or user groups) via system configuration on request via Reapit Support

The following property licensing fields can be reported on by adding extra grid columns to a lettings property grid generated via the Organiser and/or after running a lettings property report:
