Overview

This release introduces the AI powered Viewing Summary Email generator, enhancements to offline support and a refreshed UI for Property records.

Changes & Updates

• AI Viewing Summary Email Generator

  • Use viewings on a property record to create a summary that can be sent to the property owner

    • Can be accessed from a Property’s ‘Activity’ section

  • Summarise feedback from a single viewing to send the follow up to the property owner

    • Can be accessed from a followed-up viewing’s Follow Up tab from within the last 7 days

• Offline Support Updates

  • When offline, only previously loaded pages will be accessible after losing internet connection

• Property Summary UI Refresh

  • Updates the Property summary page as part of the ongoing redesign

  • Minor changes to layout and position of some data

Overview

This release includes further updates to the Diary with a new look for Events (formerly Appointments) and events creation as part of our ongoing redesign.

  • Renamed “Appointments” to “Events” to differentiate from the Event type

  • Removed the full page view and added all features to the Event Drawer

  • Added the ability to view Property images directly from the Event Drawer

  • Added more editing options which removes the need to access the Edit Event Drawer after creating a new appointment

Overview

This update adds the AI Property Descriptions Generator, our first AI tool in Reapit Go and continues Reapit Go's ongoing redesign with an update to the search screens UI

• AI Property Descriptions (Beta)

  • Generate a Brief and Long description for a Property using its entered attributes

  • Options to set the writing tone, length and whether or not to include the Brief Description

  • Can be accessed from the new Descriptions tab

• New Descriptions tab on the Property Summary

  • Moved the Strapline and Brief Description fields from the Property Summary to a new tab

  • Added the Long Description to the Descriptions tab

• New Property, Applicant and Contact Search UI

  • Updated the Property Search page UI and removed the Vendor/ Landlord option

  • Updated the Applicant Search page UI and removed the Address option

  • Updated the Contacts Search page UI and removed the Address option

Overview

This update continues Reapit Go's ongoing redesign by removing the homepage and adding further improvements to the diary

• Removal of the Home Page

  • The Reapit Go Home Page has been removed and replaced with the diary

  • Feedback showed that most Reapit Go users would navigate straight to the diary

  • Registering new Applicants and Properties can now be accessed from the floating '+' button on the diary page

• Swipeable Diary Ribbon

  • The Diary’s date ribbon can now be swiped to navigate between weeks

Overview

This update adds the “What’s New” pop-up as a way of announcing new updates and features, the ability to add and edit Room Details and the Contact edit form

  • Added a pop-up that displays after logging into a new version of Reapit Go for the first time to highlight the update and any new features

• Create & edit rooms

  • Added the functionality to add New Rooms and edit existing Rooms from the Room Details tab of the property edit screen

• Edit contacts

  • Contacts can now be edited from the ‘Edit’ button found on the Contact Details drawer which is accessed by clicking the Contact’s name on a Contact record

  • If a contact has a Landlord role the contact cannot be edited

• Minor changes & improvements

  • Amended the wording of the 'Unauthorised' page to be more informative

  • Slightly adjusted position of content in drawers
