A send method for the landlord income & expenditure statement can be specified via the landlord financial screen - this update allows a different send method to be used to that already setup for sending the landlord statement

1. Set send method for landlord income & expenditure statement

From landlord record:

In Financial panel, click edit (pencil) icon
The I&E report send method (bottom left) allows the send method for the landlord income & expenditure statement to be set - the field is automatically set to the current send method type for the landlord statement, e.g. E-mail
Click link to change to a different method
The send options available are the same options as those offered for the landlord statement

When generating and sending the next landlord income & expenditure statement, the send method used will be the selected method specified here

2. Send option for landlord statement (for information)

The send option for the landlord statement is set from the landlord statements screen

From landlord record:

Click Statements
Send Statement specifies the send method for the landlord statement
(which can now be different to the setting being used for the income & expenditure statement)
