Tasks shown in Activity Feed regardless of status/activation date

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Available from version 12.214

All tasks are now shown in the relevant Activity Feed, regardless of whether they have been completed and/or passed their activation date - it is also possible for a user to choose to hide future and/or completed tasks

This update provides a clearer view of tasks across the system

1. Future task displayed in Activity Feed

  • A task that is yet to be activated will display in the relevant Activity Feed by default

2. Completed task displayed in Activity Feed

  • A task that has been completed will display in the relevant Activity Feed by default

3. Hide future/completed tasks in Activity Feed

Future and/or completed tasks can be hidden on the Activity Feed

From Activity Feed:

  • Click filter icon (top right) and select Edit hidden entry types

  • On Tasks to exclude from feed, click drop-down menu

  • Select required option(s) and click Accept

Activity Feed Options applied here apply to all Activity Feeds across the system for the current user
