Organiser Property Management panel - new/updated tenancy key contact/manager filter options

The existing role filter options on the Organiser Property Management panel have been updated to allow a filter to be applied on the panel for:

tenancy key contact
tenancy manager - where enabled (see configuration note above)
property key contact - this option was previously available but was labelled as By Manager

Selecting any of these role filter options will only display information on the Property Management panel for the selected negotiator(s)/user(s), as set in the scope field on the Organiser panel setup configuration

1. Filter options

From the Organiser Property Management panel:

By Ten. Key Contact - this option is new for this version
By Ten. Manager - this option is new for this version
Where enabled (see configuration note at the top of this page)
By Prp. Key Contact has replaced the previous option of By Manager
This update is just a label change, it does not change what is shown when the option is selected

2. Set configuration/scope for Property Management panel

Selecting an option in the role filter on the Property Management panel will display data for the user(s) that have been set within the scope fields on the Organiser Panel Setup configuration

From panel header:

Click settings (cog) icon
In Panel Setup, the scope options determine the user/negotiator data to be shown when filtering the panel by role (as shown in step 1), options are:
- Property Key Contact Negotiator scope includes
  Select which user(s) data is to be shown when filtering the panel by Prp. Key Contact
  Existing functionality - renamed
- Property Manager Negotiator scope includes
  Select which user(s) data is to be shown when filtering the panel by Prp. Manager
  Existing functionality
- Property Administrator Negotiator scope includes
  Select which user(s) data is to be shown when filtering the panel by Prp. Admin
  Existing functionality
- Tenancy Manager Negotiator scope includes (where enabled)
  Select which user(s) data is to be shown when filtering the panel by Ten. Manager
  New option for version 12.214
- Ten Key Contact Negotiator scope includes
  Select which user(s) data is to be shown when filtering the panel by Ten. Key Contact
  New option for version 12.214

Office scope includes is also set here - this determines which office(s) data is shown when filtering the Property Management panel By Office instead of by user role
