'Email contractors' email can include works order description - configuration option

An HTML email template for use with the E-mail contractors function on a works order is required for this feature, plus a specific merge code also needs to be added to it in order to pull the description field through to the email

When emailing contractors from a works order and using an HTML template to create the email (when configured as outlined above), the content of the description field in the works details panel will be transferred over to the email via a new merge code

From a works order:

In Contractor Quotes panel, click E-mail contractors
Select required contractors to send email to, as usual
The content of the works order description field (in Works Details panel) will be transferred through to the email
