Reset Reapit IQ password (UK only)

If you have forgotten your Reapit IQ password, follow the guidance below

The instruction below cannot be performed within a Citrix or Terminal Server environment - please use the latest version of Chrome or Internet Explorer (IE) in your desktop environment

If there’s any uncertainty as to the environment your installs are located, please contact your IT support/contact who will be able to advise further

If you haven't used your Reapit IQ account for 2 years, it will have been terminated due to inactivity

1. Access Reapit IQ

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office (top left)

  • Click Support, then click Help and select Reapit IQ

2. Click forgotten username/password link

From the Reapit IQ login screen:

  • Click I’ve forgotten my username/password

3. Enter your email address

  • In the Username field, ensure your email address is entered
    This should be the email address you use to login to Reapit IQ

  • Click Continue

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:

4. Receive new password via email

Providing the email address entered in the previous step was already registered with Reapit IQ

  • You will receive an email titled Reapit password reset
    This email contains a link to allow your Reapit IQ password to be reset and a new one entered

  • Open the email and click the link

  • Reapit IQ will be launched and a form displayed where your new password should be entered and confirmed

  • You will then be asked to login to Reapit IQ using your new password
