Enabling custom applicant status options

From AgencyCloud 12.145+, authorised clients can be given access to the Setup Sources/Position/Feedback screen which allows them to set up their own custom applicant status options - however, if a client hasn't used custom options before, a configuration option also needs to be enabled to switch the feature on, as outlined below

Before making changes to AgencyCloud configuration, the guidance provided on this page should be read thoroughly - any changes made to configuration that impact the operation of AgencyCloud may incur a charge to rectify

From the main menu:

  • Click Configuration and select System Configuration 

  • On the Applicant Status tab, tick Use custom applicant positions in place of standard status list

  • Click Save and Exit

Adding a custom list removes all default options - meaning that only the custom options will be available to select from the Applicant Status list (default options can still be selected by right-clicking over the Status field on the applicant record)
