Sending a contact to Agentbox (APAC only)

This articles explains how to export a contact and any existing properties to Agentbox
- From the Contact record, select Agentbox
- If the contact has not already been sent to Agentbox, the Activity panel will be empty
At the bottom of the Activity panel, click Send contact to Agentbox - You will be able to assign the prospect to an Agentbox user. Select the user when prompted, and press Accept. A task will be assigned to the user, notifying them that a new Prospect has been added
- If the contact has any properties, you can also export these
This will create a Prospect record in Agentbox, which is linked to the contact record - Once the export is complete, a preview of the Agentbox record will be displayed, as well as any notes
- A preview will be also available for the new prospect property
To view the Agentbox records, you must use the Agentbox ID to search in your Agentbox system
The business must use both the Property Management and Agentbox products
