Changing rent invoiced up to date prompts to update other fees

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When changing the rent invoiced up to date, a prompt is displayed to choose to update other related fees to the same date, including Management fees, Letting fees and Rent Insurance

From tenancy, Financial & Renewals tab:

  • When the Rent invoiced up to date is changed, a prompt will be displayed where related fees can be selected

  • Tick the appropriate fees

  • Click Select
