Agentbox contact panel (APAC only)


This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to APAC only

If your business uses both the RPS and Agentbox CRM - from the contact record, you will be able to see any linked records between the two systems.


  • The Agentbox ID is displayed to allow you to open your Agentbox system and search for the record

  • A contact may have multiple properties, each with a different role/status

  • The icons (shown below) will be displayed depending on which database the record exists
     The property exists only in RPS
    The property exists only in Agentbox
    The property exists in both RPS and Agentbox


The business must use both the Property Management and Agentbox products
