Sending a property to Agentbox (APAC only)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to APAC only

This guide explains how to send a property to Agentbox if the contact already exists in RPS

  • If the property exists only in RPS, the  icon will be displayed

  • Highlighting the property will show a blank Agentbox Preview

At the bottom of this panel there are two options

Link to Agentbox property

  • You will be prompted with a list of existing properties in Agentbox linked to this contact

  • If the property already exists, you can link the two records to avoid duplication

  • If it does not exist, you should send the property to Agentbox

Send Property to Agentbox

  • This will create a Prospect record in Agentbox against the existing contact

  • You will be able to assign the prospect to an Agentbox user. Select the user when prompted, and press Accept. A task will be assigned to the user, notifying them that a new Prospect Property has been added

  • Once the process has been completed, the Agentbox Preview will display the details of the new Prospect property created in Agentbox
