Importing a property from Agentbox to RPS (APAC only)
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to APAC only
This guide explains how to import a property from Agentbox if the contact already exists in both systems.
- If the property exists only in Agentbox, the icon will be displayed
- Highlighting the property will show the Agentbox Preview
At the bottom of this panel there are four options - Select the relevant option, depending on whether it is a sales or rentals property
Link to RPS sales property / Link to RPS rental property
- If the contact has existing properties, you will be able to link to an existing property in RPS (if any exist)
- If the property does not already exist, you should import the property from Agentbox
Import to RPS as sales property / Import to RPS as rental property
- This will create a property record in RPS against the existing contact
- Once the process has been completed, you will be able to view the RPS property
The business must use both the Property Management and Agentbox products
