Change title used for Income & Expenditure statement fee on landlord statement - configuration option

A configuration option is available so that the title used on the landlord statement for the Income and Expenditure statement fee can be changed to suit regional requirements

For example, in Australia, as the Income and Expenditure statement is referred to an End of Financial Year (EOFY) statement - the narrative used for the fee on the landlord statement would be changed to EOFY Statement Fee
