Saving emails & attachments - update

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As outlined in this article - Saving sent emails - attachments now saved - when your system is configured to save sent emails from within Reapit, emails and attachments will be saved

From version 12.124+, this function has been updated, ensuring that emails and attachments will be saved when sending emails from the areas outlined below

Providing you are already set up to save email messages, attachments will be saved when sending from the areas outlined below

1. Send email/template email from contact details

From contact details on a record:

  • Click envelope icon

  • Select Send e-mail/template e-mail

 

2. Letters screen

From Existing letters and files section:

  • Right-click over document

  • Select Attach to e-mail 
    Or Attach to open e-mail

 

3. Document Management screen

From a Documents screen:
E.g. on landlord record or certificates screen

  • Right-click over document

  • Select Attach to e-mail 
    Or Attach to open e-mail
