Mark an appliance as capped

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When an appliance is no longer in use it can be marked as capped via the Appliances screen

From the property Attributes screen, click Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab, in the Appliances section:

  • Double-click the appliance which is to be capped

When using AgencyCloud 12.159+

From the Edit Appliance screen:

  • Tick the Capped box and click Save (top right)

When using AgencyCloud 12.158 and below

From the Appliances screen:

  • Tick the Capped box and click Save (top right)
