AppMarket Frequently Asked Questions

AppMarket is a central location for all your Reapit Agency Cloud integrations. Through the Reapit Developer Portal, PropTechs and Developers have built apps and integrations to list in the AppMarket, ready for you to install. Like the Apple Store or Google Play, you can then browse the AppMarket to view services and products that have been built to securely interact with your data

Who can install an app?

Only Level 2 users can install apps in AgencyCloud - your company will communicate who these individuals are within your business
Apps will be available to all users, rather than on a person-by-person basis.

How do apps get installed?

Why can't I install an app?

AppMarket has been designed to ensure that each company’s business objectives are adhered to - therefore app selection can only be made by your Key Contacts

Where can I find a list of all the apps that are available?

Click this link for a list of all app that are currently available plus those that are due to be released soon - the app button within Reapit AgencyCloud also offers a full listing - you will receive updates of new AppMarket apps on a regular basis

What will I see in the AppMarket?

Each app listing will detail what product or service is on offer/available, a short summary and full description, along with screenshots and the ability to access external links for more information, where needed.

Are there any permissions around installing apps?

The option to install an app is only available to user accounts within your organisation with an Admin role. User Accounts (i.e. non-Admin roles) will be prompted to contact an Administrator to install.
You can easily check your user role by clicking on the Settings icon located within the AppMarket.

If you are an Administrator:

  • Click Install

  • You will be prompted to agree to the install and to also to agree for the app to have certain permissions to your data

  • Once agreed, depending on the type of installation, you can start using the service right away

Some providers may require an additional setup and will contact you directly, or you may be required to follow a link or fill in a form to complete registration.

If you are unsure of how to proceed, use the Need Help? option on the app listing to contact the provider directly.

Some apps are described as being a desktop integration type - what does this mean?

Apps with a Desktop Integration type mean that they will load inside Reapit AgencyCloud. Depending on the integration type, it may replace certain behaviours or actions inside of your Desktop CRM. 

For example, an app with the type Identity Check will replace the normal and native Identity Check screen you are familiar with within AgencyCloud. An app with the type Property will mean it will be available for you when viewing a property record from the main navigation menu in AgencyCloud.

Are there any data & permission considerations?

For a service or product to work with your organisation, you will need to grant the partner read or write access to your data

On each app listing and when confirming an install, you will see a section related to Permissions - the permissions listed are categorised based on the area of data it requires access to

Examples:

  • Read Applicants means the provider will have access to read all applicant related information

  • Write Applicants means the provider will be able to create or edit your applicant information

It is important that you take time to review the requested permissions before agreeing to install an app

What is the pricing structure?

Each partner has their own pricing system - this should be communicated to you before you choose to install - in some instances, you may already have an existing relationship with a provider

It is important to read the app listing content before installing - if you have any questions, use the Need Help option on the relevant listing for assistance.

As the are part of the Reapit group, Online Check List and GEO Diary are free for you to install and use

How do I uninstall an app?

If you are an Administrator:

  • Access AppMarket - either by clicking Apps in AgencyCloud or via this link: https://marketplace.reapit.cloud

  • Click Settings (bottom left), then Installations (top left)

  • Find the app you want to uninstall then click the trash can icon to the right of it

All queries should be directed to the App Partner - apps have been developed by our partners, rather than by Reapit - so they are in the best position to offer advice and assist with any issues
