This page explains how to raise a good will credit to a landlord
1. Go to the landlord record for whom the good will credit is to be raised for From Landlord Details screen: - Right click payments
- Select Credit Note

2. Raise Good Will Credit - Select Filters then select Raise Good Will Credit
- Select Nominal Account and if the credit is to include VAT
- Enter the amount to credit and tick the record and click Next

3. Finalise details of Good Will Credit - Select Type from drop down menu
- Enter a Description, this will be the narrative on the landlord transaction screen and statement
- Click Finish and confirm to raise credit

4. Review good will credit on the Landlord ledger From the Landlord Details screen select Transactions to see the good will credit now on account
