When an appointment is unaccompanied, an option to show this on the diary screen is available
1. Enable option in diary settings From the main menu:

2. Unaccompanied appointment in diary When an appointment is fully visible in the diary, the (UnAcc) flag can be seen at the end of the appointment details

3. When appointment details aren't fully visible When the appointment details are not fully visible in the diary, the (UnAcc) flag can be seen when hovering over the appointment in the diary
