How to regenerate a previously produced landlord statement - this should be used in scenarios where a different layout is requested, or if transaction narrative has been amended

If a landlord is requesting a copy of a landlord statement, this can be found in Documents

1. Open landlord statements

From the landlord record:

  • Click Statements (top left)

2. Regenerate statement option

In the Prepare Statement section:

  • Right-click Select statement

  • Click Regenerate previous statement

3. Select statement

All previously generated statements will appear

  • Highlight the statement to be regenerated

  • Click Accept

4. Regenerate statement

From the bottom of the screen shown in step 2

Select the required option:

  • Preview and Print or Email Statement
Ensure you preview the statement before providing to the landlord

It's important to note that when regenerating a previously produced statement, the closing balance will reflect the total credit on account/float held at the time the statement is regenerated
