1. Go to Review invoice schedule From the tenancy where the rent invoice has not been raised for:
If the amount in the Rent amountcolumn is greyed out, this willis most likely be the agents role set against the tenancy.due to the Agent's Role setting on the tenancy screen, see step 2 | |
2. Review the Agents Role on Agent's Role setting From the Tenancy Details tab A Letting Only role will only, check the Agent's Role setting, each role is outlined below:
