Where recording electronic correspondence consent is required, and all tenants have given consent to receive communication electronically, this can be recorded in the tenancy screen.
Any changes to this setting are added to the journal. The the Activity Feed - the setting can also be reported on and added to grids when reporting on tenancies.
1. Marking electronic consent given When all tenants have given consent to receive communication electronically From the tenancy:
