28 day / 4 week rent period

A 28 day (or 4 week) rent period option can be selected on a tenancy/renewal and applicant

A shortcut option is available on the tenancy screen to allow an email to be sent to all guarantors

Additional tenant leaving current tenancy with no replacement

When an additional tenant is leaving a current tenancy, no one is taking their place and the tenancy is continuing with the main tenant, the vacating tenant name can be removed

Add Tenancy Manager relationship to a tenancy

A Tenancy Manager can be added as a relationship on a tenancy record

Identify property inspector as a relationship on tenancy

When inspections are carried out internally (i.e. not using an external provider), the property inspector can be identified as a relationship on the tenancy

Add an inventory clerk to a tenancy

An inventory clerk can be associated to a tenancy - once set, the relevant clerk can be viewed in tenancy search grids and when running a Power Report

Record tenancy inventory check in/out responsibility

When a landlord is responsible for arranging tenancy inventory check in/out appointments, this can be identified on the property record

Where recording electronic correspondence consent is required, this can be recorded in the tenancy screen

Merge codes available for tenancy break clauses, allowances & responsibilities

Merge codes are available for break clause, allowance and responsibility information stored on the tenancy - different merge codes are available for each title and each description for each of the agreement types, allowing them to be used and formatted independently
