A configuration option is available which, when enabled, provides the option to send an email to all email addresses stored on a contact record - i.e. wherever more than one email address is shown within the same contact details section of a record

Where more than one email address is stored within the contact details section of a record:
(e.g. applicant, tenant, vendor, landlord, contact etc.)
