Option to send email to all email addresses held - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which, when enabled, provides the option to send an email to all email addresses stored on a contact record

Send email to all email addresses held

Where more than one email address is stored within the contact details section of a record (e.g. applicant, tenant, vendor, landlord, contact etc.):

Click the envelope icon beside an email address
Selecting Send e-mail or Send template e-mail offers two options:
Send to this e-mail and Send to all e-mails

Selecting Send to all e-mails will enter both email addresses in the To field of the new email
