An agent who is a member of LONRES can:
- Upload properties from Reapit Agency Cloud AgencyCloud to the LONRES portfolio
This gives external agents access to the property details; if it sells as a result of the external agent introduction, the external agent takes a proportion of the agent fee. - Import properties from the LONRES portfolio to Reapit Agency CloudAgencyCloud
This gives the agent access to external agents’ property details; allowing them to match the property to registered applicants in their Reapit database, along with carrying out other usual marketing practices.
If the property sells as a result of their introductions, the agent then takes a proportion of the external agent fee.
1. Uploading properties from Reapit to LONRES When properties upload to LONRES will depend on configuration within Reapit upload settings - multiple options are available and settings will differ from client to client The following standard criteria needs to be included on the property record in Reapit:
