If you can't find one of your properties on a portal (Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market etc) or on your company website, this page outlines how to use the inbuilt Internet Check tool. This tool will help you identify why the property is missing and then allow you to rectify the issue.

The Internet Check function carries out a basic check of the chosen property record.


1. Locate property

Locate the property that is missing from the portal:

  • Open the property record

  • Click Marketing

2. Use Internet Check function

  • Click Internet Check

    This performs an examination of the current property record in order to identify the any issue(s) 

3. Issue(s) identified

A pop-up box will be displayed and the potential upload problems for this property will be listed

  • Work through the potential problems listed

  • Run the Internet Check again to ensure the issues are cleared


Your property should now upload to the relevant property portals or company website

  • If you advertise with OnTheMarket, it may be that the property has not been uploaded yet due to their Earlybird delay. This means that your property will appear on OnTheMarket before any other portal and will be uploaded once the delay has expired.
