This page explains how to find any arrears in Reapit


1. Browse to Chase Arrears on the menu bar

  • go to Lettings then Chase Arrears 

2. Filter the Chase Arrears Screen to your criteria

  • By default tenant arrears display, landlord arrears can be selected by clicking the Landlord radio button in the top right of the screen


  • Click Print to print a detailed report, email, produce letter or send SMS to the tenants/landlords in arrears
