A configuration option is available which, when enabled, will raise Management Fees as a percentage of the rent paid (rather than raising the Management Fee invoice in full at the time the rent invoice is raised, with Management Fees being shown on landlord statements before they are due to be paid)
This means that when a partial/full rent payment is made, then a partial/full Management Fee is invoiced alongside this
