From AgencyCloud version 12.133, a shortcut option to send emails to relevant parties is available via the Letters button on a sales or lettings property, a tenancy and an applicant record - a shortcut option is also available via the Documents button on a on an applicant, tenancy, property and works order
Where multiple email addresses are stored (e.g. for multiple vendors or applicants), all email addresses will be used when selecting the shortcut option

A shortcut option to email each/all parties involved in an offer is already available by right-clicking also available on the Offers screen Right-click the Letters button on the Offers screento access the available options |
