Shortcut to send email to all relevant contacts

From AgencyCloud version 12.133, a shortcut option to send emails to relevant parties is available on an applicant record, property record and works order
Where multiple email addresses are stored (e.g. multiple vendors or applicants), all email addresses will be used when selecting the shortcut option
Shortcut options to email parties involved in a tenancy and also an offer are already available (right-click the Letters button to access the available options)
