A configuration option is available which allows specific users to be given the ability to authorise a deposit release while not being permitted to process and post the transactions
This is useful where a property manager is permitted to authorise the deposit release - they can then pass this to the client accounts team to post the transactions and complete the process

1. Access refund deposit option From the tenancy:

2. Property Manager initiates deposit/bond release The Tenant Refunds screen is displayed showing all items which could be refunded

3. Deposits screen A note is made beside the Refund Deposit option to indicate that the deposit release has been initiated |

4. Activity Feed entry The Activity Feed on the tenancy automatically logs a journal entry |

5. Client accounts team authorise & process the deposit release The Tenant Refunds screen is accessed by the client accounts team
