When an appliance is no longer in use it can be marked as capped via the Appliances screen


From the property Attributes property Attributes screen, click Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab

In Appliances 

 tab, in the Appliances section:

  • Double-click the appliance which is to be capped
  • Tick the Capped box

  • Click Save (top right)
