This page outlines how to book the initial property inspection as well as booking the next inspection, in line with the regular frequency expected within your organisation
Also outlined is how to use the Organiser and Power Reports to keep track of appointments to be booked and those that are booked
1. Access inspection information From the tenancy:

2. Book inspection appointment A new appointment window will be displayed
From / To: enter the start time and approximate end time for the appointment
Entry Type: leave set as Property Inspection Entry comments: any extra notes about the appointment can be added here
The property & tenancy details are automatically added to the right of the screen

3. Inspection frequency & appointment reminders When the initial appointment has taken place, it will be displayed as the Last appointment and the date of the Next appointment to be booked will be displayed

4. Inspections to be booked From the Property Management panel on the Organiser:

5. Reporting on upcoming appointments already booked Power Reports allow you to generate a list of appointments booked The example below outlines how to generate a list of appointments booked that are due to be carried out in the next 30 days but aren't yet confirmed From the main menu:
